Open Notepad , copy the code below and paste it.

Dim speaks, speech
speaks=”Welcome to your PC,"Sparrow"
Set speech=CreateObject
(“sapi.spvoice”)
speech.Speak speaks
In place of Sparrow you can
place your name
Save the file as Welcome.vbs
Now move the Code To
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\StartMenu\Programs\Startup
Done!!!
